SewerTest One

SewerTest One® is the new rugged device for sewer element testing like pipes, manholes, connections ...  
SewerDev product range is developed according to EN1610 Standards, and for each country where our products are sold, our Engineering department adapts local standards and special printed report.

SewerTest One ® is quipped with the last ARM Cortex A8 CPU. In other word, this embedded system is adapted for low consumption, military environment and to secure data with a stable operating system Windows CE 6.0. Software and data are saved directly on the motherboard flash memory (512Mb). If the SewerTest One ® is power off during starting or shutdown, it's not a problem because we use a real embedded environment! The battery technology is without lead acid for numerous reasons: RoHs standard, weight loss, higher operating temperature range ... This new type of technology offers a very good shelf life and capacity. You can work without charging during more than 8 hours. In case of battery shutdown, SewerTest One® is delivered with a 5m cable with car connector.

Very easy to use and ergonomic, the SewerTest One® is equipped with an IP65 rugged stainless keyboard (resist to water and dust). It is fitted with a 5,7" color screen, not a touch screen (too much fragile, vibration sensitive and calibration error). A LED battery level indicator indicates all 10% the level of the battery. A USB port IP68 can receive a USB flash key to update embedded software, to export project files and to import an new projects prepared from office computer (Each test sequence to be executed can be prepared in advance from SewerTest Office Software).

Embedded pressure sensor (0-600mbar in standard, can be chosen by customer) uses a complex signal processing to ensure a maximum reliability and accuracy (0,05 %FS). If you need high pressure test, SewerTest One® is equipped with an input connector able to receive externals sensors (option). This same connector provides connexion with the FlowBox Add-on ® (option for infrared flow meter water testing).

The automatic system of SewerTest One® performs the tests without operator control. Just describe your test (diameter, length, material ...) and press start! The solenoid valves have been rigorously selected to ensure zero air loss during the test phases, for their capacity to pressurize/de-pressurize a pipe in a very short time, and finally for their proven reliability.

SewerTest Office Software

SewerTest Office ® is delivered with each SewerDev product buyed. You can install this software each time you need in your company.

With this software, it's easy to import test data from USB flash key. You can organize your test, modify some informations (name of manhole for exemple, lenght ...), modify/add/delete connexion, add a comment for each test.

If you want to prepare the job of your operator before, you can create from office a complet project with all informations. In each SewerDev product you can import a project file to start each prepared tests.

Organize you test to have a clear report. This report is composed with 3 types of page :

Welcome page describing quickly customer information; including a table with all linear length, anomaly ...; a general comment; Signatures

Table page resuming quickly all test and result (green for a conform test, red for other result)

Each test with complet information, material serial number, certificate date, GPS coordonate (if you have GPS Device option), graphic, comment ...
